IRRIGATION

ALUMINIUM HAND SHIFT

Southern Cross irrigation pipes and fitting’s provide fixed and portable spray lines as well as mains and sub-mains for irrigation systems which are suitable

for small vegetable gardens, parks, sports ovals and broad acre agriculture farms.

SOFT HOSE IRRIGATORS

Southern Cross self-propelled, soft hose irrigators use from 25mm to 115mm diameter hoses to cover sports ovals to large broadacre applications. 

These labour saving units incorporate auto shut-off, easy hose rewind, hot dip galvanised finish, superior pulling power and adjustable travel speed.

We also can offer other systems, such as centre pivots and drip irrigation.

 We stock household inline water filters and small water purification units which can be installed under your kitchen sink up to larger industrial filters

and water softeners which are used in hotels and factories etc.

WATER STERILISATION

 Southern Cross can supply packaged ultraviolet systems for a wide range of flows as well as packaged filtrations plants fully assembled on a

base for safe drinking water.

CHEMICAL DOSING PUMPS

 Our dosing pump systems are used in a range of industries for dosing chemicals such as hospitals printers, food processing plants, water town authorities etc.

PACKAGED WATER TREATMENT PLANTS

 We can to supply specialized packaged treatment plants for treating water such as a Turbid River Water in remote communities

to supply potable safe drinking water to small towns, mine site etc. 

Also there is Sea Water R.O Plants that can be used in remote island communities, ships and will produce potable drinking water, from sea water.

 These plants are used in small remote communities who do not have access to town sewerage systems. 

These packaged plants are capable of treating raw sewerage to product effluent to world standards and do not require skilled

operators and come as a complete containerised unit, with minimal installation required.

WATER STORAGE

For safe and economical storage of vital water supplies for villages, industry, fire services, communities, town water reservoirs. 

Southern Cross manufactures a complete range of heavy duty tanks supplied in easy to handle, pre-fabricated form for easy transportation and simple

on site erection.  The expected life of these tanks can range from 10-30 years and are built to suit PNG seismic conditions.

Heavy duty galvanised steel construction in sizes from 9-3000 kilolitres capacity in low and high profile designing to suit particular space requirements. 

Southern Cross tanks are available in a variety of materials and surface finishes together with a full range of optional accessories to suit most water

storage requirements.

“LINER” TANKS

 Ideal as re-locatable units for short term construction and works sites or economical long-term storage for industrial, domestic and all general water storage,

in remote locations.  These tanks have a galvanized steel frame with a liner fitted inside, which has a 10 year guarantee.

GALVANIZED TANKSTANDS

Southern Cross galvanized steel tankstands provide elevated storage for reliable water pressure for Industry, Rural and Domestic purposes. 

The tank stands are fully pre-fabricated fortransportation and range from 1m to over 30m for tank capacity up to 600 kilolitres.

AERIAL TOWERS

Southern Cross KDV Towers are suitable for a wide variety of applications including communication and floodlighting towers as well as television and radio towers. 

The towers are designedand fabricated to conform with relevant design codes and are entirely self-supporting and require no guy wires. 

The standard 3 Post Towers range up to 30 metres and is spec hot dipped galvanised. 

Although other special towers can be designed and supplied to suit customers requirements.
